At the Bed and Breakfast Il
Tiglio between aromas and perfumes mountains there are
eno-gastronomic
courses organized by Massimo Schiavo, neapolitan chef
resident in abruzzo and owner of the B&B. Different tasting-courses,
typical of the regional cuisine, are organized into groups (on request are available
individual courses), for guests who want to try a culinary experience
in a typical Italian cuisine. We will taste together one of the
dishes prepared, sip a selected local wine of the abruzzo region.
Dessert
and coffee will be offered by the chef.
The culinary program proposes recipes of old origin and abruzzo tradition, such as home-made pasta (cazzarelli, pasta alla chitarra,
sagne, troccoli, orecchiette ...) as the filled pasta (ravioli,
tortelloni ...) as well as meat (lamb without bone, stuffed chicken, Arista
with orange or stuffed with apples, sausages stuffed with
vegetables and cheese). There are many recipes and preparations for
desserts, you can also taste during the rich breakfast at Il Tiglio.
The durations of each course is two or three hours depending on
the difficulty of preparing to be developed. We advise the guests of
Il Tiglio to reserve the course at the moment of the accomodation
